Terms of Service
1. The service
Grapebox is a connector that lets an AI assistant, such as Claude, read and manage your Google Ads account on your instruction. It is for advertisers and the agencies that manage their accounts.
2. Connecting your account
You grant Grapebox access to your own Google Ads account through Google's authorization screen. You can connect only accounts you are entitled to manage. You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, independently of us.
3. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the instructions you and your AI assistant give, and for the content and settings of your ads.
- You must follow Google's own terms and Google Ads policies, including the Google Ads API policies.
- Grapebox does not guarantee any advertising result, such as return on ad spend or traffic.
4. Changes made to your account
Grapebox can make live changes to your account, such as budgets, bidding, keyword and ad edits, and campaign status. It includes safeguards, for example previews of changes, refusing some risky actions, and pausing a campaign after certain bid or budget changes. Re-enabling a paused campaign is done by you in Google Ads.
If Grapebox correctly carries out an instruction you or your assistant gave, the decision and its result are yours. If Grapebox itself malfunctions and makes a change that was not requested, that is our responsibility. [LAWYER TO DRAFT THE EXACT WORDING OF THIS ALLOCATION.]
5. Reviewing what happens in your account
Grapebox reports what it did through the AI assistant you are using, and a notice only helps if someone reads it. You are responsible for promptly reviewing responses and paused campaigns, especially for any unattended or scheduled use. You can always check what changed using your account's change history.
6. Fees

7. Your data
You keep ownership of your Google Ads data. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Grapebox does not process the personal data of your own customers.
8. Availability
Grapebox depends on the Google Ads API and on your AI assistant provider. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
9. Liability

10. Ending your use
